K&D Log Homes has your desires and needs in mind when designing your manufactured log home. As we design your home we consider all items you have chosen to be a part of your log kit. We offer our log homes and log kits in several states including Utah, Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, and Texas. At K&D Log Homes we are continually expanding and growing to better serve individuals in all areas.

Look through our product line and learn what we have to offer you. We offer several products aside from the log kits for our manufactured log homes. We produce Tongue & Groove Log Home Siding and Ship Lap Log Home Siding. We also produce 1"x4" and 1"x6" S4S (Surfaced Four Sides) products, and 1"x12" S1S2E (Surfaced One Side and Two Edges) products. We have the ability to custom cut rough sawn timber beams.
We also like to encourage people to visit our facilities and take a tour. We are a log mill not a dealer, we make all of our products at this facility. K&D Log Homes is a family owned business that takes pride in the quality of our products.
We feel that as a customer you have a great advantage to deal directly with the mill and eliminate the middle man. There is no third party markup on the products sold at our facilities. In our log kits you will find two different styles of logs that you can choose from. The first is a Swedish Cope Log that is available in a 7", 8", 9", and 10" profile. The second style you can choose is the D-Style Log that is available in an 8"x8" and 6"x8" profile.
All of our logs exceed the requirements for log moisture content. The Log Home Council allows up to a 19% moisture content, but our standards only allow a maximum of 15% moisture content. On average our log moisture content is between 10% - 12%, which means much less settling will occur. In turn you get a higher quality product by controlling the moisture content in your logs. All of our products are also TPI inspected (Timber Products Inspection).

Each month we list some items that need to be sold at a discounted rate. Some items are weathered or damage and will be sold by the unit only as is at a highly discounted rate.
